Question : I am divorced. Have 2 children in college. In the divorce decree I pay 1/3 of tuition, room and board and my ex pays 1/3 and the child pays 1/3. I have money saved for their third. They live with me whenever they come home. Can I claim them this year on my taxes. Always before we each claimed one. That was when my ex was paying child support but he does not pay that any longer. They are both under age 24.
