The section requires the following information:

· Provide a description of the selected actual problem or concern within either education, healthcare policy, informatics, or advanced clinical practice.

· Information about the actual problem or concern:

o How common is the problem/concern within the selected nursing professional practice area?

o How does the problem/concern adversely impact the selected nursing professional practice area?

· Provide a description of your leadership vision in addressing the identified problem or concern

· Provide a description of the potential impact of nursing leadership upon the actual problem or concern occurring within education, healthcare policy, informatics, or advanced clinical practice.

· Nursing scholarly references will be used to present and support the provided information

Application of leadership strategies to resolve the problem or concern
The section requires the following information:

· Apply a minimum of 2 (two) leadership strategies that would be useful in resolving the identified problem or concern
