The final paper for foundation of psychology will require you to take everything you’ve learned throughout the semester and write up one paper on what research you would like to carry out. Specifically, for this paper you are asked to come up with a unique idea for a study or an experiment. You are not asked to actually run the study or experiment nor do you have to go through the entire process of doing so. What is required is a paper with at least five different sources (APA Journal Articles). You need to provide either physical copies of the articles or hyperlinks to the articles. The paper should be a journal article on the research you would like to do.
The breakdown of the paper is as follows. The introduction should summarize the background/previous research on the subject, what makes this subject interesting, and your hypothesis or question you would like to answer with the research. The procedure section should include who would make up your sample, what materials you might use, and instructions on how you would go about performing the research. The results section will be minimal; all you are required to do is to explain what specifically you would analyze, measure, study. You should be able to include one of the statistical techniques we discussed in class and apply it to what you would want to research. THERE WILL BE NO DISCUSSION SECTION OR ABSTRACT. The reference section should include all 5 (or more) references. You must also include a title page, and follow APA format throughout the paper.
